SYDNEY HARBOUR BRIDGE.

The designer of the trans-harbour bridge states that' even in favourable circumstances, it could not bo completed beforo 1921.

Mr Griffith proposes to introduce a Trans-harbour Bridge Bill early noxt session. Authority will also bo asked to build an underground city railway without referring tho schomo to tho Public Works Committee.

Tho Treasury states that no money has boen set aside for tho bridge, and it will be necessary to raise a big loan to carry out the scheme.
