The Peace Treaty has been signed. After it had been signed all the delegates left St James' Palace in a body, chatting and elated.
Dr DanefF, tho chief Bulgarian delegate, in an interview, said the event would enable thorn to continue the struggle in peaceful competition. There would bo some points of contact in the new field, but tho friendships would result in a solid foundation. The treaty would have far-reaching effects. It did not merely secure Balkan, but
