Charles Spargo has been sentenced to death for the murder of Gilbert J--ners at Broomo. Jones was found shot in a swamp, and some of his -iro-urty v,as discovered in the possession cf Spa;•;.:;.:,
who also drew £20 in Jones' name from the Savings Bank.
