Messrs Oliver Locker Lampson, M.P. and Peter Wright, shareholders in the English Marconf Company, have issued a writ against Messrs Godfrey^ and Harry Isaacs, Heybourno, MaTconi, and other directors of the company, to recover tho difference between' the sale ■price and par value of 500,000 [American Marconi shares. There is cabout a million sterling involved.
