Nineteen ( officials of the . National Cash Register Company were sentenced to short periods of imprisonment for a breach of the anti-trust law. The president, Patterson, was sentenced to a year's imprisonment.. The judge attacked the defendants' methods vigorously. Ho said millions of dollars could be made legitimately-, but that was not sufficient for tho officials of the
company.
