Marton, Feb. 13. Tlie Premier informed a "Rangitikei Advocate"" representative this morning that the £3,QQO>OOO 4 per cent loan at 98 was being successfully underwritten in London. He considered this exceedingly satisfactory. Ho has had cables every day from London reporting progress/but had not boon able before to divulge information. ' .
