Reuters Constantinople agent stateß that Enver Bey and 60,000 men safely landed at Eregli under, the guns of the fleet. '
The Bulgarians retired to tho Ergene lines, where there is a prospect of a general engagement.
Troops are advancing from Chataldja to 00-operate with Enver Bey's force.
Hundreds of Circassians have been sent to Midiia^ instructed to harass the Bulgarian communications. The first attempt failed, the Circassians being ambushed and; wiped out.
It is announced that tho Powers' neutrality prevents acceding to Tewfik Pasha's request.
