REJECTION OF UNIVERSAL
SUFFRAGE,
NATIONAL STRIKE ORDERED
Brussels, Feb. 12
Th© National General Strike Council has summoned tho workers to strike on the 14th inst.
The Belgian House of Representatives last week, by 100 votes to 83, rejected universal suffrage. M. Van der Velde' thereupon intimated that the Socialist's* would order a general'strike.
