RESTRICTIONS ON AERIAL TRAFFIC.
(Received Feb. 13, 11.40 p.m.) London, Feb. 13
An Aerial Navigation Bill was hastily passed by the House of Commons practically without discussion. It prohibits the passage of air craft over certain areas, or, if necessary, over the whole coastline of adjacent territorial waters, and empowers the authorities, after giving a warning signal, to fire upon offenders. The Bill is tho outcome of the recent reported appearance of mysterious airships in various places.
