RESIGNATION OF THE CABINET

RIOTERS DISPERSED BY INTENSE

Tokio, Feb. 11
The Cabinet, after a meeting at the Premier's : residcnce, tendered their
■resignations. Mr. Yamamoto becomes Premier, and Baron Kato retains the Foreign Office. The streets are quiet, and the .patrols have been withdrawn. The rioting continued till early in tho morning, when -the intense cold dispersed the mob.
