Dr. Macnamai-a, Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, replying to questions, said that Mr. Churchill considered it would.be better to deal with Admiral yon Tirpitz's speech when the Estimates were pres/jnted, when he would- .review the whole position.. Meanwhile he desired .to, express.the general feeling 'of satisfaction at~ the* friendly ton^ of the recent German discussion. ■
