The "Daily News' "Constantinople correspondent reports that the situation there is extraordinary. Business i 3 at a standstill, and many fires have occurred. The inhabitants are indulging in amusement and pleasure, and not heeding the war. Cholera has broken, put.on the Asiatic shore. The Government is in desperate straits for money, and is compelling rich merchants to subscribe.
