Hamilton, Feb. 12. At the Supremo Court to-day Arthur W'intar Ludgroon, on several chargOß of theft, received twelve months' imprisonment on each of three charges, the sentences to be concurrent. He was sentenced to reformative treatment for three years. A Native, charged with the theft of monies, was acquitted. In the Divorce Court decrees nisi were granted in the cases of Flora Smith v. Kennedy Smith, desertion; and Thomas Frewin v. Minnie, Frewin.
