DESTRUCTIVE OUTBREAK AT BLENHEIM.

Blenheim, Feb. 11. Scott and Oo.'s bakery and! confectionery factory, in Arthur street, was totally destroyed by fire last night. An; explosion occurred in a portion of the^ building just as.the hands left work.' The fire spread rapidly and nothing was •saved except a motor van and a few bags of flour.. The insurances are: on the building; £l(K) in the Standard office, and £200 .in the -. Queensland office; stable, £100 in tho Queensland office; stock and plant-(valued at £2000), £100 in the Standard office, and £GOO in the State office. .
