fTlia Kaiser unexpectedly addressed the University on the centenary celebrations, and delivered a fiery panegyric on German military virtues. He declared that Prussia's rmwsauce was an act of God. The present generation was inclined to bo materialistic, and showed less capacity for what was transcendental. They might well learn how to get back to their fathers faith.
