Tin's club lias instituted a challenge full rink -feather .competition, in which there is likely to be considerable 'inter-' ast. It -ha* - been'decided that the officials of tho Club shall be th© first holders and tho first .match will be playvd to-morrow evening, tho teams bcjng: W. Houlkor (president), Hogg (vace-pre-kklent). Watt (treasurer), and Stiles (secretary) against Haldane, T. Houlker. Cooke, T. Mansford. Another challenge* has .already been posted to play tho wimnng team. The final matches in tho feather competition will commence next Saturday. ' i Tho club lias received a challenge from tho Wakefield Club to play for tho Wakefield feathers on Saturday afternoon next. Tho match will take placo on tho Nelson green. ' *
