WAIMEA WEST ROAD BOARD.

The ordinary monthly meeting of the Waimea West Road Board was held on Tuesday last. There wore present Messrs. W. L. Palmer (cha^rniiin). It was resolved that the Department he again urged to issue the authority for the expenditure of.a grant for a now road in Redwood's Valley. It was''resolved to effect repairs, to Eves' Valley road. The Board xinanimously resolved to convey their thanks to Messrs Bell and Arnold for allowing the traffic to pass through their properties while the new concrete bridge was being built. Accounts totalling £31 18s bd were passed for payment.
