As the result of .the report of Mr. Justice Hodges, tho Royal Commissioner who investigated the . allegations made' in the Federal 'House by Mr. 'Fowler against Henry Cliinn, an engineer employed on the trans-continent' railway, the Government will reinstate Mr. Chirm immediately, and pay him back pay since his suspension, and the cost of his defence.
