A BITTER ATTACK

Berlin, Jan l: The -"Cologne Gazetie" makes a bit.ter attack on Heir yon Kiderlen-Wach-ter for refusing to use the Press. It is believed that the attack is inspired by officials of the Foreign Office. The Press Bureau was irritated,at Herr yon Kiderlen-Wachter' s disavowal of antiBritish material flooding the Press during consideration of the Supplementary Naval Bill.
