- A London cable, records the death of Mrs.J,. :W.-: Summers, who had represented Flint district in the House of Commons since 1910.

? A London cable states that Mr* Bruce Ismay retires from the presidency of'the International Mercantile Marine Company on June 30th. Mr, Harold Sanderson, formerly manager of the White Star Line, and chairman of' the Shaw, Saviil and Albion Company, will succeed him.
