DESPERATE FIGHTING AT KUMANOVO.

VICTORY CLAIMED BY BOTH SIDES TURKS CONCENTRATING AT THRACE. . LOSING STEADILY. London, Oct 24. Reports received state that desperate fighting is proceeding at Kumanovo. Both sides claim the victory. Great slaughter occurred at • Novikaaar. . "The Times' " correspondent states that 230,000 Turks will concentrate at Thrace, on the Aegean Sea.
