SUFFICIENT CAUSE FOR DETEN-

The report of the Inspector-General of the Insane- on the Chidloy case 'was tabled in. the Assembly. He states that he is. unable to certify that Chidloy is detained* in %h® asylum without sufficient cause. Ho is suffering from systematized' delusional insanity. The reason urged for his release, namely, that he is. harmless, could be applied to a. lairg€> majority of the inmates.
