RIOTS IN PARIS

Paris, July 1.
President Fallieres inaugurated Bartholome's monument of Rousseau at the Pantheon, members of the Government, the Senate, and the Chamber participating in the proceedings.
Serious anti-Rousseau a-iots occurred outside the Pantheon, and 105 persons were arrested.
