STEAMER SET ON FIRE
SEVERAL LIVES LOST,

In order to secure State papers from St Petersburg, which were in the possession of a Bulgarian, General Ivan Sarakoff, some Servian conspirators set fir© to the steamer Koenigin Elisabeth, at Galatz.
General Sarakoff escaped,in a boat, but several of the other passengers were drowned.
The conspirators escaped
