During the censure debate in the Federal House, Mr Hughes, Attorney-Gen-eral, hinted at the probability: of some of the defendants in tlie Goal Vend case not joining in the proposed appeal.
1 Inquiry in well informed circles indicates that Mr'-'"Hughes' belief is well founded, and it is pfobablethat the colliery owners will not be represented in the appeal to.tho High Court.
