WelJing'ion; June 27. The following is the. Rev D. C. Bates^ weather forecast and summary from l> p.m. to-day • — , . Cloudy and unsettled weather has prevailed, with rain in parts. The barometer lia s fallen everywhere, with increasing northerly and westerly winds. Present indications are for high westerly winds, veering to a soiitherly gale shortly. The barometer will probably fall for a few hours in tho north, but a rapid rise may be exi>ected soon. Rain is probable generally, snow on the highor levels, and colder weather. :
