The Now Zealand Alliance has decided to request the executive to arrange foil the organising of the whole Dominion into groups of electorates, each group to irranpje for skilled organisers; that in view of tho horse-play to which open air speakers are 'frequently subjected, tho Government be asked to oecuro such amendments to tho Police Offences Act as will protect tho British right of freedom of .speech; also that the present law applying to No-license areas bo made to 'apply to proclaimed areas; that arrangements ho made for issuhip a life of Mr. T. E. Taylor. Mr. "Wesley Spragg was re-elected wrosid"Mt of t'l- 1 Aliknco .for the ypar. The Alliance will oppose tho separation of tho licensing from the Parliamentarypoll. ■ ■; .
