Mr Donald Campbell, the Commonwealth representative on the Imperial Trade Commission, interviewed, said he had endeavoured to induce tho Commission to take evidence and make recommendations concerning inter-Do-minion reciprocal Customs treaties, but tho chairman ruled adversely.
