AN AVIATOR PROSECUTED.

A peculiar caso was heard in the District Court when the plaintiff claimed £20 from the Aviator Hart. It was alleged that the defendant propelled his aeroplane over a herd of cows, causing a stampede, in which two were killed. It was further claimed that the defendant broke into and entered the land of the plaintiff.

A verdict was returned for.the plaintiff for the amount claimed. The second count was disallowed.
