At the ti-ial of Peter Musso, accused of robbery.in Now York, the speech delivered by the counsel was so moving that the prosecutor, the judge, and jury forgot that Peter was present, and he walked quietly out of the Court, disappearing outside among the crowd.

In a police court in Brooklyn, New York, recently, a counsel engaged m a case was grabbed by the court officers, and at the request of the magistrate, hurled bodily through the front door. Tins action followed a heated argument in the^ course of which counsel was several times warned by the magistrate to behave respectfully. . When counsel' finally declared to the magistrate.
