IUOTICE is hereby given that at a 1N special meeting of tho Nelson City Council, held on tlie 12th day of April, 1912, a resolution, was passed as follows :— "That the Interest and Sinking Funds (if any) on the undermentioned special loans for the year ending 31st March, 1913, after deducting any other moneys which may be available for the payment of such interest and sinking funds, be paid out of the General Fund, namely :— Rocks Road Renewal' Loan 1912, £4000 ; Interest 4 per cent per annum; Sinking Fund 13s 4d pe-r cent per annum. Abattoir I-oan, 1899, £7500; Interest 4 per cent per annum. Tramway Loan, 1901, £1250; Interest 4 per cent per annum; and Sinking Fund 1 per cent per annum. General and Drainage Renewal Loan, 1905, £4000 j Interest 4J- per .cent per annum; and Sinking Fund, H V QT c6nt per annum.. Gas Reticulation Loan, 1906, £2500; Interest, 4* per cent per annum; and Sinking Fund, H per cent per annum. And Bridges Reinstatement Loan, 1907, £2500; Interest 4£ per cent per annum ; and Sinking Fund, U- per cent per annum. And that the interest on the Abattoir Loan, 1899, and the interest and sinking fund on the Gas Reticulation Loan, 1906, as aforesaid, be made charges against the Abattoir and Gasworks revenue respectively. And notice is hereby also given that tho said resolution will be submitted to an ordinary meeting of the said Council, to be held at the City Council Chamber, Nelson, on the 10th 'day of May, 1912, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
