CHARGE OF RITUAL MURDER

A remarkable manifesto protesting against tho attempt being made at Kieff to revise the charge of ritual murder, or blood accusation, against Russian Jews, has been signed by the leading theologians, writers, scientists and politicians. Russian, French. German and English signatures aro affixed. The latter include the Archbishop of Canterbury, Lords Rosebery and Cromer, Mr Balfour, the High Commissioners, and Agents-General.
