REMOVAL FROM PRIVY COUNCIL

DEMANDED

London, April 4

Messrs Will Thorno, G. Tho motion regrets that the Government, when prosecuting poor men in England for sedition, neglected to prosecute rick men in Ireland.

"The Times' " Parliamentary correspondent declares that the Irish Parliament will have power to vary tho Customs rate within defined limits, without power to vary articles on which duties are levied. The Irish taxation will be maintained in. consonance with the im-anci-al system of tho United' Kingdom.
