The Assembly at Nanking agreed to transfer the Government, and secured four revolutionary members of the Government, compared- with- two of Yuan-shili-kai'.s nominees.
Huan-sing, Minister of War of the Nanking Government, has beerr appointed Chief of Staff, with headquarters at Nanking, thus giving a, demonstration of the revolutionaries' determination not to allow centralisation in the north to jeopardise the results attained..
