The latest totals show a small majority against resumption in" Northumberland.'" Durham, Lancashire and Yorkshire voted heavily against resumption, but tho Midlands and South Wales effectively countorvoice thorn. Tho hitter's majority is 23,000 in favour of resumption. . The sum of £4000 a week is, being spent in relieving the misery in tho potteries dis- ] tricts. The fund is almost exhausted, and another £5000 is required to tide the destitute over Easter.
