SHOOTS A NEIGHBOUR DEAD

At Lynn, Massachusetts, Miss Jessio Chapman walked up to Mrs Florenco Ingullis, a neighbour with whom she had ouarrelled, and fired six shots at her, killing her instantly. Chapman afterwards gave herself up, admitting tho crime. ;
