ROAD BOARD.

SUBURBAN NORTH

Tho usual meeting of tho Suburban North Road Hoard was held on Friday at the Hillside school. Present; Messrs.- W. H. Alborotigh (chairman), A. Dodson, A. G. Dencker, and John Corder.

Accounts wore passed for payment amounting to £4-1 8s Bd.

The Overseer's report was read and adopted.

Oorrospondenco was theii read and considered.

Mr. T. Wostlcy uroto objecting to tho Board spending money on a privato road leading to Air. Currin's mill.

Tho Public Works Department, Wellington, wrote re grant for roads.

A memorandum was received from tho .Department of Lands re thirds and fourths accrued from Ist August. 1911, to 31st January, 1912.

Resolutions were passed as follows: That the Clerk write to,Mr. Westley, acknowledging his letter with thanks; that the next meeting of the Board bo hold in the second Friday in April.
