Berlin, March 5. Three men arrested at Frankfiirt-on-.Main for betraying military secrets, include a German mechanic, who wrote to the French Empassy offering the drawings and details of tho new Krupp gun arid projectile. WolfMctternich accused Lieutenant Bcclmns (from whom ho is alleged to have won' £350 in London by card sharping), of espionayjo in 'England under tlio direction of the military authorities, and of sending reports regularly to ihc German Government. Lieutenant Beehans testified that ho w;>s sent to London partly on military ;m(l partly on private business.
