Eight officers were killed and 13 wounded at Derna, while 52 men were killed and 29 severely and 135 slightly wounded.
' Tho Eritrean battalion had a six hours' engagement with and repelled the Arabs Hear Beril. The Arabs lost 100 killed, and; the battalion lost nine killed and 28 wounded.
