Auckland, Jan. 30. Arrangements nave been completed for holding the deferred fourth annual conference of the Australasian Provincial Press Association at Auckland on March 18th and IHth. Australian representatives to tho number of about 30 will arrive by tho Victoria on March IStli. It is understood that tho visitors will stay for two weeks.
