The half-yearly summoned meeting of the Loyal Nelson Lodge, No. 3315 -Maneliester Unity, Oddfellows, was held on Wednesday evening, ■-at the lodge room, Waimea street!- The Noble Grand (Bro. A. J. Pellew) presided, and-there was a .good attendance of- members. The -District officers. P.G.M. Bro W. Hagen, D.G.M. iiro. W.; Thompson, and Prov. C.S. i:ro. A. G.: Shrimpton paid an official visit to the lodge. Tho auditors' report and balance-sheet for tho past luilf-year were read and adopted, 'flit total, funds of the lodge now amount t'J £o(J02 lea.
