AN AUSTRIAN VIEW. Vienna, Jan 15. Tho "'Reich Post" declares that tho now Gorman Reichstag will bo confronted with a further increase in tho army on ii peace footing, and a Navy Bill providing a moderate increase to armed cruisers and a third high sea squadron, thus permitting a fourth squadron to remain in reserve, the other two to remain permanently in the North Sea. A new squadron was to be stationed at Kiel, and 5000 extra seamen would be required.
