UNKNOWN WOMAN EXPIRES

Wellington, Jan. 16. Shortly before noon to-day an elderly woman called at the residence of Mrs. Hyines, and was shown into the drawing room. She asked for a glass of water, but before she could1 take it fell on the floor and expired. Mrs Hymes knew the woman about seven years ago in Christcluirch and she- was then living in Lichfield street, and practiced clairvoyancy, but does not know the name. v Deceased was about CO years of age, stout, dark haired and turning grey. The body awaits identification at the morgue.
