TRAGEDY AT EAST MELBOURNE.
SEQUEL TO A DIVORCE SUIT. [Phess Association—Copyright.] Melbourne, Jan 16. At East Melbourne a man natnod Tullidgo was shot dead by another named Holt. Tullidge recently obtained a divorc* from his wifo, Holt being the co-respondent. Holt and 3lrs Tullidßo wero walking in tho street, when Tullidgo accosted them, and a struggle between tbp two men ensued, and two shots wore fired. Holt has boon arrested. Ho declares that Tullidge attacked him and tliat he fired in self-dofonce. ' '
