Eltham, Nov. 27. Mr T. Mackenzie, Minister for Education, was announced to speak at Jian^aliume School on Friday afternoon. AVlien ho arrived lie was refused ihe use «i: the school building. Mr Mackenzie, though Minister of Education! made no complaint, but procerd-<-d to address the people under shelter of some trees.
