BOY DROWNED AT OCEAN BEACH.

Dunedin, Nov. 27. A lad named Robert Ralph, aged 16, son of Mr. Walter Mil.or, tram conductor, was drowned at Ocean Beach on Saturday afternoon. He was surf-bathing with a number <J other boys, but was not missed till his clothes wore discovered. The body has not yet been recovered.
