NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Nelson City Council, held on Friday/ the 10th day of November, 1911, it was resolved, by way of Special Ord^f. that' the Nfakon City Counoil make a By-law nnder ''The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," the object and puipose of which By-law is as follows, namely:— The fixing of the Building Line for all buildings to be erected or re-erocted on any land having a frontage to s private street or a portion of a private stieet called rr intended to be called " Locking Street.'' The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation to an ordinary meeting of the said Council, to bo held at the City Counoil Chamber, Selwyn Place, Nelson, on Friday, the Bth day of December, 1911, at 730 pm, at which meeting tt c data of the coming into force of the By-law will be fixed.
