AN ARTILLERYMAN KILLED.

Wellington, Nov. 25

Yernon Richardson ,a member of the D battery of artillery, was drivin~ along the Hutt road on Saturday afternoon with other members of the company when he fell oil. The wheels of tlie vehicle passed over the loner part of Richardson's body causing severe injuries, from which he died in tho hospital to-day. Deceased was a single man, and was employed as a chemist's assistant.
