A PROVISIONAL AGREEMENT,

The Mb Lyell strike conference has udopted :i provisional agreement, providing for n conference with tho men a month after the resumption of work; the creation of a grievances committee; recognition of tho union and the eight hour principle. _ It is hoped that the agreement will bo signed to day and tho strike declared oil.
