STATEMENT BY MH FISHER
Meloourne, Nov 11. Mr Fisher, Federal Premier, s fates that the visit of tho warships to the China station is a special onej the result of rearrangement; but it has nothing to do with the revolution. Ships might be sent from the China station to take the places of those despatched from here. The matter was one whereon a public announcement could not be niado.
